The statutory fine will be paid within the prescribed period,\u201d said <strong>Olena Ivanovska<\/strong>, the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In her view, a hallmark of a state governed by the rule of law is its ability to document a mistake, acknowledge it and remedy it through legal means, rather than through public harassment. <strong>Ivanovska<\/strong> urged people not to use this case to target <strong>Budanov<\/strong> on social media and stressed that such situations must be resolved exclusively through legal channels.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?22\" data-telegram-post=\"korabelov_info\/131665\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The incident involving the language violation took place on <strong>November 2, 2026<\/strong>: mass clashes <a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/11\/632666\/assault-and-shooting-protest-outside-a-tcc-prison-near-kyiv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broke out near a private house<\/a> in <strong>Petropavlivska Borshchahivka<\/strong>, <strong>Kyiv region<\/strong>. Witnesses claimed that men were being held inside against their will. The Head of the <strong>Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov<\/strong>, and the Commander of the <strong>National Guard, Oleksandr Pivnenko<\/strong>, arrived at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>November 3<\/strong>, <strong>SBU Deputy Head Ivan Rudnytskyi<\/strong> reported that the agency had <a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/11\/632917\/they-planned-to-abduct-a-serviceman-and-stir-up-public-outrage-sbu-identifies-nearly-100-people-involved-in-the-unrest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">identified around <strong>100<\/strong> active participants in the unrest<\/a>. According to investigators, the action had been prepared in advance, and its organizers intended to abduct a <strong>National Guard<\/strong> service member.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>November 4<\/strong>, the <strong>Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/11\/633344\/two-months-in-custody-without-bail-valentyn-moloda-detained-after-clashes-near-kyiv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ordered <strong>Valentyna Moloda<\/strong> held in pretrial detention for <strong>two months<\/strong> without bail<\/a> in connection with the clashes. The court also ordered <strong>two months<\/strong> of detention for another suspect, <strong>Tetiana Kirieieva<\/strong>.
