The cars are worth almost <strong>2 million hryvnias<\/strong> in total.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <strong>State Bureau of Investigation (SBI)<\/strong>, the cars were purchased by close relatives of the former official. At the same time, he may have exercised direct or indirect control over the property. The family did not have enough legal income to make such purchases.<\/p>\n<p>The confiscation covers the following cars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>2022<\/strong> <strong>Toyota C-HR Hybrid<\/strong>, valued at more than <strong>1.38 million hryvnias<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>2021<\/strong> <strong>Toyota C-HR<\/strong>, valued at almost <strong>565,000 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lawsuit seeking to have the assets declared unjustified and confiscated in favor of the state was based on materials from the <strong>SBI<\/strong> and evidence gathered by a prosecutor from the <strong>Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor\u2019s Office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The court of first instance issued its decision on <strong>April 3, 2026<\/strong>.
