Two-way traffic is being introduced on the renovated section. The road is scheduled to open for traffic toward <strong>1st Viiskova<\/strong> today, Friday, <strong>November 6<\/strong>, at <strong>4:00 p.m.<\/strong> Mayor <strong>Oleksandr Senkevych<\/strong> announced the news.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tram route No. 11<\/strong> will resume service tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>According to the mayor, a final meeting was held and the repair work was inspected before the road opened. Several municipal companies and services worked on the section. The following work was carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mykolaiv CHP<\/strong> replaced underground utilities before roadwork began, so the new pavement would not have to be dug up again later.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mykolaivelektrotrans Municipal Enterprise<\/strong> relaid the track-and-sleeper grid and replaced the overhead contact line supports.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LED lighting<\/strong> was installed along the section.<\/li>\n<li>The intersection of <strong>1st Viiskova and Stoliarna streets<\/strong> was repaired.<\/li>\n<li>New road markings were applied.<\/li>\n<li>Green spaces were tidied up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A new traffic management plan was prepared specifically for the switch to two-way traffic. It was coordinated with designers and the police to ensure that the change would be safe.<\/p>\n<p>After the road opens, municipal services will monitor traffic on the section. As <strong>Senkevych<\/strong> noted, the plan will be adjusted if necessary, taking residents\u2019 feedback into account.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a full renovation of pedestrian areas, sidewalk improvements, and additional lighting have been postponed because the city budget is currently limited.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor urged drivers to pay close attention to the new traffic pattern on the
