The case concerns the appointment of a temporary carrier on one of the city\u2019s bus routes without the competitive tender required by law.<\/p>\n<p>Under an executive committee decision, <strong>Mykolaivpastrans Municipal Enterprise<\/strong> was granted this status starting <strong>October 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The territorial office of the <strong>AMCU<\/strong> sees signs of a breach of competition law in the executive committee\u2019s actions.
