The <strong>Pervomaisk City and District Court<\/strong> found him guilty of an administrative offense. The <strong>Pervomaisk District Prosecutor\u2019s Office of Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> announced the outcome of the case.<\/p>\n<p>The court established that when he filed the document, the council member knew about his wife\u2019s income but did not include it in the declaration. This information was subject to mandatory disclosure. The discrepancy between the actual and declared figures exceeded <strong>460,000 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, the prosecutor proved that the requirements of the <strong>Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Prevention of Corruption\u201d<\/strong> had been violated. The court classified the council member\u2019s actions under <strong>Part 4 of Article 172-6<\/strong> of the <strong>Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses<\/strong>\u2014knowingly providing false information in a declaration.
