The register was established by the <strong>Professional Association of Corporate Governance (PACG)<\/strong>. It brings together certified executives with verified professional qualifications who can serve on supervisory boards.<\/p>\n<p>According to the water utility, as of <strong>November 1, 2026<\/strong>, the register had <strong>38 people<\/strong>, while there are <strong>several thousand<\/strong> corporate directors in <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> overall.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cOur colleagues, members of the supervisory board of <strong>Mykolaivvodokanal Municipal Enterprise<\/strong>, have effectively received an <strong>\u2018Oscar\u2019<\/strong> in corporate governance and joined a select circle of recognized professionals in this field,\u201d the company said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>For businesses, the list is intended to serve as a tool for selecting independent directors\u2014experienced professionals with high ethical standards and a solid business reputation.
