The <strong>Government<\/strong> adopted the relevant decision yesterday, on Wednesday, <strong>November 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister of <strong>Ukraine Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong> explained in a post on <strong>Telegram @Koretskyi_official \u00a0<\/strong>that the payments were introduced on the President\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The assistance is available to the following workers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>energy workers;<\/li>\n<li>heating utility workers;<\/li>\n<li>gas utility workers;<\/li>\n<li>employees of water supply and wastewater companies;<\/li>\n<li>municipal service workers;<\/li>\n<li>railway workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201c\u2026will receive <strong>30,000 hryvnias<\/strong> in state assistance for each month spent on restoration work, starting in <strong>November<\/strong> and continuing until the end of the heating season,\u201d <strong>Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong> said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the head of government, Russian forces direct <strong>300\u2013400 drones<\/strong> at critical infrastructure every day, in addition to launching missile strikes.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cSince <strong>August<\/strong>, more than <strong>2,000 strikes<\/strong> have been recorded. Power lines and exposed network infrastructure are being destroyed, significantly worsening the situation. They have to be restored again and again, on a scale many times greater than in all previous years,\u201d Prime Minister <strong>Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong> explained.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In <strong>February 2026<\/strong>, the <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong> approved a separate awards program for energy workers: each year, up to <strong>50 awards<\/strong> of <strong>200,000 hryvnias<\/strong> each will be granted to industry employees.<\/p>\n<p>Also, on <strong>February 23<\/strong>, the <strong>Cabinet of Ministers<\/strong> allocated <strong>246.4 million hryvnias<\/strong> to support emergency repair crew workers.
