Boiler houses are therefore switched on in stages, while specialists work around the clock to ensure they operate reliably.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, supplying heating water to a building and operating its heating system are the responsibility of different organizations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the heating utility ensures that heating water reaches the building\u2019s heating unit;<\/li>\n<li>the organizations responsible for maintaining the building \u2014 property management companies, housing maintenance offices, and condominium associations \u2014 are responsible for the condition and adjustment of the building\u2019s internal heating system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The timely and even supply of heat to apartments depends on how well the internal networks have been prepared.
