Its <strong>39-year-old<\/strong> female driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Details of the crash were reported by the <strong>Communications Department of the Kherson Region Police<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary findings, the woman failed to choose a safe speed and lost control of the car. The vehicle left the road and then crashed into the support. Judging by photos from the scene, the impact split the car in half.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>35-year-old<\/strong> passenger was also in the car. She was taken to hospital with a traumatic brain injury, a concussion, and a chest contusion. Her condition is considered critical.<\/p>\n<p>The police have opened criminal proceedings under <strong>Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>, concerning violations of road safety rules or vehicle operation rules by people driving vehicles. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and the necessary expert examinations have already been commissioned.<\/p>\n<p>The police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to share information by calling <strong>+38 (095) 811-39-92<\/strong> or the special hotline at <strong>102<\/strong>.
