The man failed to report to the recruitment center on the date specified in his summons.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors from the <strong>Mykolaiv City District Prosecutor\u2019s Office<\/strong> proved in court that the man had undergone a military medical commission before receiving the summons. He was found fit for military service based on his health.<\/p>\n<p>After that, the Mykolaiv resident personally received and signed for a summons stating the date he was required to report to the <strong>Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRSSC)<\/strong>. However, he failed to comply, with no valid reason for his absence. The court found that this conduct constituted evasion of conscription during mobilization and a violation of current legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The man was found guilty under Article <strong>336<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>.
