According to her, after the road was asphalted, the manhole ended up <strong>35 centimeters<\/strong> below the road surface. She is asking for help raising it to road level and bringing it into proper condition.<\/p>\n<p>The photo attached to the complaint shows bricks laid around the manhole. An object resembling a plastic table sits on top of the metal sheets.<\/p>\n<p>The resident points out that there is no proper cover: the opening is covered with a sheet of metal. She claims that this covering lets road debris get inside, clogging the sewer drains.<\/p>\n<p>According to the woman, the substantial difference in height between the manhole and the road creates unpredictable situations. She is also concerned about the condition of the manhole itself.<\/p>\n<p>The complainant says she has repeatedly asked the water utility administration to resolve the problem.
