At the same time, the official has effectively not performed her duties for more than a <strong>month<\/strong> \u2014 this was reported by <strong>Dmytro Falko<\/strong>, secretary of the <strong>Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong>, at a session on <strong>October 29<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montavon<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/09\/615512\/hanna-montavon-is-leaving-the-supervisory-board-of-mykolaivvodokanal-she-named-three-reasons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced her intention to step down<\/a> in September. At the time, she said she had submitted her resignation of her own accord on <strong>September 10, 2026<\/strong>. The chair of the supervisory board cited the safety and privacy of her family as reasons for her decision.<\/p>\n<p>However, city council members were unable to terminate her powers at the <strong>September<\/strong> session: the relevant motion did not receive enough votes.
