The plan covers the period from <strong>October 26, 2026<\/strong> to <strong>March 2027<\/strong> and includes both support for people and work to keep critical systems operating.<\/p>\n<p>The main priority is frontline areas: around <strong>84%<\/strong> of the assistance is to go to residents of communities located within <strong>50 km<\/strong> of the frontline.
