The complainant says he was held at a <strong>territorial recruitment center (TRC)<\/strong> for almost <strong>five days<\/strong>, despite having been removed from military registration on health grounds. The court issued the ruling on <strong>October 19, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the man, he was removed from military registration in <strong>2020<\/strong> and <strong>2023<\/strong>. Later, however, the register showed that he was still registered and wanted. In <strong>February 2026<\/strong>, a court ruled that the <strong>TRC<\/strong> had acted unlawfully by entering this information.<\/p>\n<p>Despite this, the complainant says he was forcibly taken to the <strong>TRC<\/strong> on <strong>March 14<\/strong>. He said that while he was being held, his communication devices were taken away and no proper documents were drawn up. He was released after his lawyer intervened and medical documents were provided.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>October<\/strong>, the man filed a report with the <strong>SBI<\/strong> about possible offenses. The information was not entered into the <strong>Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations<\/strong>, so his representative filed a complaint with the court over the investigators\u2019 inaction.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint was only partially upheld. In addition to requesting that the information be entered into the register, the representative asked the court to order investigators to open an investigation and question officials. The court denied these requests.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling is not subject to appeal.
