Authorities plan to identify such people using state registers and information from mobile operators.<\/p>\n<p>A possible procedure was outlined by <strong>Oleksandr Fedienko, a member of parliament from the Servant of the People party<\/strong>, during an appearance on the <strong>VPO Media<\/strong> program.
