For the <strong>third quarter of 2026<\/strong>, this figure is <strong>1,500.88 hryvnias<\/strong>. The draft was prepared by the <strong>Mykolaiv City Council\u2019s Assets Department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the imputed rental cost\u2014a special social indicator, not the average market price of renting an apartment in the city. It is intended to be used when applying social housing legislation: when deciding whether to register citizens for social housing and when providing accommodation from the social housing fund.<\/p>\n<p>The calculation is based on monitoring the minimum rental prices for <strong>one-bedroom apartments<\/strong> in the city during <strong>July, August, and September<\/strong>. Prices were analyzed separately for each month of the quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The documents provide for the calculation of the following figures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the minimum rental cost of <strong>one square meter<\/strong> of housing;<\/li>\n<li>the minimum rent per person;<\/li>\n<li>the final imputed rental cost of housing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The explanatory note names the <strong>Housing Registration and Allocation Unit of the City Council\u2019s Assets Department<\/strong> as the developer of the draft. The document was prepared in accordance with resolutions of the <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong> governing the provision of social housing and the calculation of its imputed rental cost.
