The <strong>Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor\u2019s Office<\/strong> announced the return of the land plots. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/myk.gp.gov.ua\/ua\/news.html?_c=view&amp;_m=publications&amp;_t=rec&amp;id=433667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myk.gp.gov.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor\u2019s office secured rulings in its favor in the <strong>Commercial Court of Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong>. The court terminated the lease agreements and ordered the company to return the land to the communities.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling has now been enforced: the plots have been returned, and the termination of the leases has been recorded in the state register.<\/p>\n<p>The communities can once again manage the land. In particular, they can put the plots up for auction and lease them to new tenants who will pay for their use. This revenue will help fund local budgets.<\/p>\n<p>A separate case concerns community-owned land in <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>: a company used a plot of <strong>nearly one hectare<\/strong> for <strong>seven years<\/strong> without formalizing a lease or paying for the land.
