This proposal was made by Prime Minister <strong>Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/interfax.com.ua\/news\/economic\/1226077.html\">reports<\/a> <strong>Interfax-Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the prime minister\u2019s proposal, businesses would be able to plan their operations, while the state would be able to meet its mobilization targets.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cWe need to come up with a new social model together, where everyone may be reserved, but businesses provide for the predictable mobilization of people into the army. This is an idealistic model,\u201d Prime Minister <strong>Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong> said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In his view, the proposed approach could reduce the need to look for people on the streets. The prime minister also believes that <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> should prepare for a possible escalation of mobilization in <strong>Russia<\/strong>, so it would not have to make unpopular decisions on an ad hoc basis again.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cBy <strong>December 1<\/strong>, we need to present a new social contract,\u201d <strong>Serhii Koretskyi<\/strong> said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <strong>Cabinet of Ministers<\/strong> has already established a <strong>Coordination Center for the Organization of Employee Reservations<\/strong>.
