After examining the circumstances of the case, the court ruled in his favor.<\/p>\n<p>The publication Sudovo-Yurydychna Hazeta reports this.<\/p>\n<p>The man took part in the <strong>Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO)<\/strong> and has, among other conditions, <strong>gout<\/strong> and <strong>glaucoma<\/strong>. Despite these conditions, the commission found him fit for service.
