Violations were found in <strong>33<\/strong> cases: products failed to comply with technical regulations, safety requirements, and rules for labeling and informing buyers.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the inspections, businesses were issued <strong>212<\/strong> decisions imposing restrictive and corrective measures. They were distributed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>37<\/strong> decisions to remedy formal non-compliance;<\/li>\n<li><strong>46<\/strong> to bring products into compliance with the established requirements;<\/li>\n<li><strong>90<\/strong> to temporarily prohibit the placing of products on the market, including <strong>44<\/strong> pending laboratory testing;<\/li>\n<li><strong>39<\/strong> to completely prohibit the sale of the respective products on the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For placing non-compliant goods on the market and failing to comply with orders, businesses were subject to administrative and commercial penalties totaling <strong>UAH 1.921 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Taking into account inspections conducted in the <strong>first half of 2026<\/strong>, the total amount of fines collected was <strong>UAH 1.819 million<\/strong>. Of this amount, businesses paid <strong>UAH 1.377 million<\/strong> voluntarily.<\/p>\n<p>The inspections were conducted as part of state market surveillance. In total, <strong>442<\/strong> product units were covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>338<\/strong> units were examined during <strong>20<\/strong> scheduled inspections;<\/li>\n<li><strong>104<\/strong> units were examined during <strong>21<\/strong> unscheduled inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Non-compliance with technical regulations was identified among the following products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>low-voltage electrical equipment;<\/li>\n<li>devices subject to electromagnetic compatibility requirements;<\/li>\n<li>toys;<\/li>\n<li>footwear;<\/li>\n<li>textile products;<\/li>\n<li>detergents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Main Department of the State Production and Consumer Service in Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> continues to monitor the non-food product market and identify points of sale.
