They cover various procedures, from preliminary approval of easements for temporary structures to granting land for permanent use and preparing an expert appraisal.<\/p>\n<h3>Near 37 Znamianska Street \u2014 three applications for commercial structures<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Three entrepreneurs<\/strong> have applied to place permanent temporary structures near residential building <strong>No. 37 on Znamianska Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda appendix lists:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dmytro Oleksandrovych Khoroshylov<\/strong> \u2014 draft <strong>s-zr-303\/423<\/strong>, estimated plot area: <strong>10 m\u00b2<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inna Anatoliivna Medviedieva<\/strong> \u2014 draft <strong>s-zr-303\/422<\/strong>, estimated area: <strong>10 m\u00b2<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tetiana Stepanivna Chorna<\/strong> \u2014 draft <strong>s-zr-303\/418<\/strong>, estimated area: <strong>9.9 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In all <strong>three<\/strong> cases, preliminary approval is proposed for concluding personal fixed-term easement agreements. This is required to prepare technical documentation and determine the boundaries of land use.<\/p>\n<p>The plots are identified in the drafts as undeveloped. The documents refer to findings issued by the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning on <strong>July 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the relevant decisions are adopted, the entrepreneurs will have to submit the completed technical documentation to the Administrative Services Department within <strong>6 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>On Bohoiavlenskyi Avenue \u2014 five plots for housing<\/h3>\n<p>A separate draft, <strong>s-zr-200\/453<\/strong>, concerns approval of land-management documentation for the allocation of <strong>5 plots on Bohoiavlenskyi Avenue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The plots are proposed to be granted to the <strong>Department of Municipal Services of Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> for permanent use to build and maintain residential buildings, outbuildings, and other structures. The draft title states that the area is undeveloped.<\/p>\n<p>This is a continuation of the land preparations for modular housing for internally displaced persons. Earlier, the city council <a href=\"https:\/\/mkrada.gov.ua\/documents\/52924.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">authorized the preparation of land-management documentation<\/a>: a decision dated <strong>August 6, 2026, No. 56\/19<\/strong> provided for the formation of <strong>5 plots<\/strong> with an estimated total area of <strong>3,250 m\u00b2<\/strong>, approximately <strong>650 m\u00b2<\/strong> each.<\/p>\n<p>Korabelov.info <a href=\"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/09\/615478\/in-the-korabelnyi-district-they-will-begin-preparing-papers-for-a-settlement-for-displaced-persons\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">reported on preparations for the site in September<\/a>. At the time, the matter concerned formalizing the land for the subsequent installation of modular homes.<\/p>\n<h3>Near 30-a Okeanivska Street \u2014 a group of temporary structures<\/h3>\n<p>Another draft, <strong>s-zr-155\/619<\/strong>, was prepared following an application by sole proprietor <strong>Tetiana Mykolaivna K\u094b\u0930\u0447\u0435\u043c\u0430\u0445\u0430<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The entrepreneur is seeking preliminary approval to conclude a personal fixed-term easement agreement to place a <strong>group of permanent temporary structures<\/strong> near residential building <strong>No. 30-a on Okeanivska Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>That is how the location is specified in the document\u2019s official title \u2014 <strong>near the building<\/strong>, not inside it or at the address of a separate permanent shop.<\/p>\n<p>The draft concerns preliminary approval of a land-use procedure. Its inclusion in the commission materials does not, by itself, constitute permission to install the structures.<\/p>\n<h3>64I Prymiska Street \u2014 more than a hectare for an industrial building<\/h3>\n<p>Draft <strong>s-zr-260\/65<\/strong> provides for arranging a land lease for <strong>Oleh Vasylovych Barbarosh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It concerns a <strong>10,069 m\u00b2<\/strong> plot at <strong>64I Prymiska Street<\/strong>, intended to serve an industrial building and its outbuildings and auxiliary structures.<\/p>\n<p>The draft proposes approving the land-management documentation for allocating the plot. Its cadastral number is <strong>4810136600:11:079:0028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The document also sets restrictions on the use of parts of the site because of utility protection zones. These cover <strong>477 m\u00b2<\/strong> and <strong>332 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The appendix lists this item among the drafts previously added to the commission\u2019s agenda but not considered.<\/p>\n<h3>198 Fontanna Street \u2014 land appraisal ahead of a possible sale<\/h3>\n<p>Draft <strong>s-zr-200\/282<\/strong> concerns granting permission for an expert monetary appraisal of a plot at <strong>198 Fontanna Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The document title states that the land is to be sold to <strong>LLC \u201cBUTAN IMPEX\u201d<\/strong>.
