The attack <strong>killed two women and an infant<\/strong> who was lying in a stroller. At least <strong>14 other people were injured, including seven children<\/strong>. Ukraine\u2019s Interior Minister <strong>Ivan Vyhivskyi<\/strong> reported this on <strong>October 19, <\/strong>2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, a Russian drone struck the central park when it was crowded with visitors. The dead included two women and an infant who was in a stroller.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>&#8220;All emergency services are on site at this moment. Our units are providing first aid to the injured and searching the area for explosive objects. Another Russian strike on civilians. An attack on children that had no military purpose whatsoever,&#8221; said <strong>Ivan Vyhivskyi<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Emergency services, paramedics, rescue workers and law enforcement officers are working at the site of the strike. In addition to helping the injured, specialists are checking the area for explosive objects and drone debris. According to information released after the attack, the strike hit an open area of the park.
