The company takes unpaid amounts to court and refers court rulings for compulsory enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, consumers were billed <strong>UAH 29.3 million<\/strong> for services received in <strong>September<\/strong>. The deadline for paying these charges is <strong>October 31, inclusive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s work with debtors includes both pre-trial settlement and court proceedings. Consumers are first reminded of their debt and offered restructuring agreements. If the debt remains unpaid, the company takes the matter to court and then refers the ruling for compulsory enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>The results of court proceedings and compulsory debt collection are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In <strong>September<\/strong>, courts issued <strong>237 rulings<\/strong> to recover debts totaling more than <strong>UAH 2.5 million<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Since the beginning of the year, the number of court rulings has reached <strong>1,779<\/strong>, with the total amount exceeding <strong>UAH 25.2 million<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>September<\/strong>, the <strong>State Enforcement Service<\/strong> compulsorily collected more than <strong>UAH 2.58 million<\/strong> from debtors.<\/li>\n<li>In total, more than <strong>UAH 20.68 million<\/strong> has been compulsorily collected since the beginning of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><strong>Mykolaivoblteploenergo<\/strong> urges consumers not to let the matter reach a court ruling and compulsory collection.
