Energy workers are working to restore power.<\/p>\n<p>Bad weather caused power outages in <strong>more than 140<\/strong> settlements across <strong>Kyiv<\/strong>, <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong> and <strong>Odesa regions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the weather-related disruptions, the power system came under new Russian attacks. During the night of <strong>October 19<\/strong> and in the morning that day, energy facilities in the following regions were targeted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vinnytsia region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volyn region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kirovohrad region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kyiv region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mykolaiv region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zhytomyr region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Khmelnytskyi region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kharkiv region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ternopil region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Odesa region<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rivne region<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a result of these strikes, some consumers lost power. New outages caused by shelling and hostilities also occurred in <strong>Dnipropetrovsk<\/strong>, <strong>Sumy<\/strong>, <strong>Kherson<\/strong> and <strong>Chernihiv regions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Repair crews are fixing the damage, and power has already been restored to some consumers.
