The <strong>Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> announced the start of the competition. These board members will take part in the boards\u2019 work without influence from the hospitals\u2019 management or their owner.<\/p>\n<p>Applications with the required documents can be submitted by email to <strong>uozposhta@mkrada.gov.ua<\/strong> through <strong>October 27<\/strong>, inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>The competition concerns the following medical facilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>City Hospital No. 3<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>97 Kosmonavtiv Street<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>City Hospital No. 4<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>7 Mala Morska Street<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>City Hospital No. 5<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>336 Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The City Council has already approved the establishment of supervisory boards at these hospitals. This is necessary for cluster hospitals to be able to sign contracts with the <strong>National Health Service of Ukraine<\/strong> starting in <strong>2027<\/strong>. Mayor <strong>Oleksandr Sienkevych<\/strong> explained that each board will have <strong>11<\/strong> members, <strong>five<\/strong> of whom will represent the City Council.<\/p>\n<p>To take part in the competition, candidates must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hold a higher education qualification at least at bachelor\u2019s level;<\/li>\n<li>be fluent in Ukrainian;<\/li>\n<li>have at least <strong>five years<\/strong> of work experience in healthcare, patient rights protection, anti-corruption, economics, finance, management, or law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following individuals will not be admitted to the competition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>people with an unspent criminal conviction;<\/li>\n<li>those who have been held administratively liable for corruption-related offenses within the past <strong>five years<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>citizens of <strong>Russia<\/strong> and <strong>Belarus<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>people who are subject to sanctions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application package must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an application;<\/li>\n<li>a r\u00e9sum\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>a cover letter;<\/li>\n<li>copies of education documents;<\/li>\n<li>proof of Ukrainian language proficiency;<\/li>\n<li>certificates confirming the absence of criminal convictions and corruption-related offenses;<\/li>\n<li>income information for the past <strong>four tax quarters<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>a declaration that there is no conflict of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates may also submit references and other documents confirming their professional experience.<\/p>\n<p>Open interviews will be held at the <strong>Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> building at <strong>20 Admiralska Street<\/strong>.
