The stretch had been closed to traffic while the storm sewer was being cleared.<\/p>\n<p>Workers from the <strong>ELU Avtodorih Municipal Enterprise<\/strong> cleared the drainage system so rainwater could flow freely.<\/p>\n<p>When announcing the closure, Mayor <strong>Oleksandr Sienkevych<\/strong> initially estimated that the restriction would last <strong>20\u201330 minutes<\/strong>.
