The defender, who fought against Russian occupiers, was <strong>42 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruslan<\/strong> was conscripted into military service on <strong>April 16, 2023<\/strong>. He joined the defenders of <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> fighting for the country\u2019s freedom and independence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruslan Mashonin<\/strong> was born on <strong>June 28, 1984<\/strong>. He started working at <strong>Mykolaiv Zoo<\/strong> on <strong>May 7, 2021<\/strong>. During his time at the institution, he held the following positions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>initially, an animal care worker in the domestic animals department;<\/li>\n<li>from <strong>April 1, 2023<\/strong>, a groundskeeper in the botanical and facilities department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The staff of <strong>Mykolaiv Zoo<\/strong> expressed their condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased, as well as to everyone who knew and loved <strong>Ruslan<\/strong>.
