They are the <strong>39th<\/strong> and <strong>40th<\/strong> associations to apply to the fund. They can now upgrade their elevator equipment and increase the capacity of their solar power plant.<\/p>\n<p>In total, <strong>40<\/strong> Mykolaiv condominium associations have already taken advantage of the opportunities offered by the <strong>Revolving Fund<\/strong> of the <strong>Energy-Efficient Cities of Ukraine<\/strong> Association. The program allows condominiums to obtain interest-free loans for energy-efficiency improvements and housing modernization.<\/p>\n<p>The program reached this milestone through several stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In late <strong>2024<\/strong>, the <strong>Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong> adopted a resolution to join the program.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>October 2025<\/strong>, the city contributed <strong>UAH 3 million<\/strong> to the fund. The first condominiums then began receiving interest-free loans.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>March 2026<\/strong>, donors from the <strong>Government of the Swiss Confederation<\/strong>, through the <strong>Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs<\/strong>, provided an additional non-repayable contribution of <strong>UAH 1.5 million<\/strong> to support energy upgrades in <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong> condominiums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The city council noted the condominium associations\u2019 own contribution to expanding the funding.
