However, implementing any of them requires constructive steps from the Russian side. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/unn.ua\/news\/ukraina-hotova-do-5-variantiv-prypynennia-vohniu-mzs\">UNN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson for the <strong>Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine<\/strong>, <strong>Georgii Tykhyi<\/strong>, outlined the proposals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A full and unconditional ceasefire.<\/strong> <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> agreed to this option during the talks in <strong>Jeddah<\/strong> in <strong>March 2025<\/strong>. Ukraine\u2019s agreement remains in force, but implementation requires <strong>Russia<\/strong> to agree as well.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turkey\u2019s<\/strong> proposal concerning the <strong>Black Sea<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A separate Black Sea proposal being developed by <strong>Egypt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A broader proposal from <strong>India<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>An option from the <strong>United States<\/strong>, discussed during the latest contacts between <strong>Ukraine<\/strong>\u2019s President <strong>Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong> and <strong>U.S.<\/strong> President <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both Black Sea proposals are being developed in consultation with Ukrainian diplomats. <strong>Georgii Tykhyi<\/strong> explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cThese are not simply proposals from outside being presented to the Ukrainian side; they are initiatives developed with the participation of Ukrainian diplomats as well.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Commenting on Ukraine\u2019s position, the <strong>Foreign Ministry<\/strong> spokesperson said:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cThe Ukrainian side is genuinely ready and willing to engage constructively on these options.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In <strong>September<\/strong>, <strong>Russian President<\/strong> <strong>Vladimir Putin<\/strong> lifted internal restrictions on air strikes.
