According to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/mykolaivrada\/27158\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mykolaiv City Council<\/a><\/strong>, this accounts for <strong>82%<\/strong> of all applications. The City Council describes the pace of housing restoration as high.<\/p>\n<p>In total, <strong>290 applications<\/strong> worth around <strong>UAH 650 million<\/strong> have been submitted from the city to the <strong>Energy Efficiency Fund<\/strong>. Condominiums (<strong>OSBBs<\/strong>) where all repair work has been completed have received <strong>UAH 521.1 million<\/strong>. The remaining funds are allocated to buildings where construction work is at its final stage.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>VidnovyDim<\/strong> programme funds comprehensive restoration of shared property in <strong>OSBBs<\/strong>. It covers the following work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair and replacement of window units, stained-glass windows, and exterior and interior doors.<\/li>\n<li>Repair of damaged fa\u00e7ades, roofs and roof structures.<\/li>\n<li>Restoration of the load-bearing capacity of walls and floor slabs, and installation of reinforcing belts.<\/li>\n<li>Repair of building entrances and interior finishes in common areas.<\/li>\n<li>Repair and restoration of heating, water supply, sewerage, gas supply and electricity networks, as well as rooftop boiler rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of individual heating substations (<strong>IHSs<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Installation of accessibility features for people with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong> is currently awaiting the resumption of applications to the <strong>VidnovyDim<\/strong> programme by the <strong>State Energy Efficiency Fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Information about the programme is available from the <strong>Mykolaiv Energy Efficiency Centre<\/strong>.
