Ukraine is ready to join such a format. Its goal is to guarantee the safe delivery of grain amid rising prices on global markets.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, partners proposed that Russia agree to a ceasefire or a moratorium on strikes in the Black Sea to restore grain exports. The <strong>President of Russia<\/strong>, <strong>Vladimir Putin<\/strong>, called the proposal to stop strikes on Ukrainian vessels in exchange for Ukraine halting attacks on Russian oil refineries pointless.
