According to the <strong>Mykolaiv Oblast Police<\/strong>, the suspect was located and detained within a few hours. The exact location of the robbery is not specified in the report.<\/p>\n<p>The victim called the emergency line <strong>102<\/strong> and said that after the robbery the man fled in an unknown direction. From her home the following were taken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>laptop;<\/li>\n<li>power bank;<\/li>\n<li>LED lamp;<\/li>\n<li>charger with a solar panel;<\/li>\n<li>money.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After receiving the woman&#8217;s description of the man, criminal investigators and detectives of the <strong>Mykolaiv District Police Department<\/strong> established his identity and location. The suspect turned out to be a <strong>35-year-old<\/strong> resident of <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>, who had previously been held criminally liable for profit-motivated crimes.<\/p>\n<p>Police seized the victim&#8217;s laptop. According to law enforcement, the man had time to sell her other property and spend the stolen money. The police are currently determining where the remaining equipment is located.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators detained the suspect in accordance with Article <strong>208<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine<\/strong>. Under the procedural guidance of the <strong>Mykolaiv City District Prosecutor&#8217;s Office<\/strong>, he was notified of suspicion under part <strong>4<\/strong> of Article <strong>186<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>. This concerns robbery with breaking into a dwelling, committed repeatedly under martial law. The suspect faces up to <strong>ten years<\/strong> in prison.<\/p>\n<p>The court chose a preventive measure \u2014 remand in custody with the possibility of bail. Law enforcement officers are also checking the suspect&#8217;s involvement in other crimes.
