For the urgent needs of the community the city is requesting <strong>UAH 819.1 million<\/strong>. This is currently a decision to seek financial assistance, not funds already allocated.<\/p>\n<p>In the appeal the deputies explain: frontline <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong> suffered large-scale destruction due to the war, and the city\u2019s economic capacity has significantly decreased. Budget revenues also depend on legislative changes, in particular the removal from local budgets of the &#8220;military&#8221; personal income tax (PIT). Because of this, in <strong>2026<\/strong> the city budget may miss out on approximately <strong>UAH 3 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>State financial support is needed, in particular, for the following needs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ensuring the operation of housing and communal services;<\/li>\n<li>maintenance of social-sector facilities and critical infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>implementation of state
