As reported by the <strong>Odesa Regional Prosecutor&#8217;s Office<\/strong>, the organizer has already been notified of suspicion. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/od.gp.gov.ua\/ua\/news.html?_c=view&amp;_m=publications&amp;_t=rec&amp;id=431791\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">od.gp.gov.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe that the <strong>34-year-old<\/strong> local woman used her connections in medical institutions to produce documents containing false information about draftees&#8217; health. The services were provided during <strong>June\u2013September 2026<\/strong>, and they charged <strong>USD 8,500<\/strong> from each client.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement documented the issuance of <strong>Group III disability<\/strong> for a <strong>28-year-old<\/strong> man. The basis was forged certificates claiming that he had allegedly undergone inpatient treatment in Odesa hospitals during <strong>2021\u20132026<\/strong>. In fact, the man did not receive treatment at these facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was notified of suspicion under part <strong>3<\/strong> of article <strong>332<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> \u2014 illegal transfer of persons across the state border, which carries criminal liability. Prosecutors have petitioned the court to detain the suspect with the possibility of bail set at <strong>over 6 million hryvnias<\/strong>.
