After the city was liberated, he moved and took a job as a security guard at a local caf\u00e9. This was reported by the <strong>Security Service of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation established that before the full-scale invasion the man worked as a laborer at a local metalworking enterprise. When the Russians seized <strong>Kherson<\/strong>, he agreed to work for the occupation administration.<\/p>\n<p>His position was &#8220;duty officer&#8217;s assistant&#8221; in the so-called <strong>Dnipro District Department of the &#8220;Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation&#8221;<\/strong>. There he kept records of resistance members whom Russian forces had abducted and held in the cells of an occupation regime facility.<\/p>\n<p>After the liberation of <strong>Kherson<\/strong>, the man fled to <strong>Mykolaiv<\/strong>, where, according to the investigation, he tried to hide. In addition to working as a security guard, he arranged to live directly in the caf\u00e9. <strong>SBU<\/strong> officers found and detained him near that establishment.<\/p>\n<p>He has been notified of suspicion of collaboration under part <strong>7<\/strong> of Article <strong>111-1<\/strong> of the <strong>Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>. He is currently held in custody without the possibility of posting bail.
