This decision was made by the <strong>Ochakiv City District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong>, according to the published verdict. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/reyestr.court.gov.ua\/Review\/140021712\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reyestr.court.gov.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Court materials describe how at the end of <strong>November 2024<\/strong> the machine-gun platoon driver, after treatment in hospital, did not return to the military unit. There was no contact with him for <strong>more than three days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, the court considered the sale of ammunition to civilians in <strong>March and April<\/strong>. For them the serviceman received a total of <strong>8 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>. Among the items sold were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RG-4 <strong>grenades<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>M-67 <strong>grenades<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>F-1 <strong>grenade bodies<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>UZRGM<\/strong> fuzes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the hearing, the defendant fully admitted guilt. When determining the sentence, the court took into account his prior conviction.
