The management of the sea transshipment and storage complex \u00ab\u0411\u043e\u0440\u0456\u0432\u0430\u0436\u00bb, located in the area of the port Pivdennyi<\/strong> in Odesa region<\/strong>, reported the forcible establishment of control by third parties<\/strong> over the company’s territory.<\/p>\n

On 29 September<\/strong> 2026 reported<\/a> \u00abEkonomichna Pravda\u00bb with reference to its own sources in law enforcement agencies. According to the publication, at about 7:00<\/strong> a group of unknown persons arrived at the complex. Sources claim that they forcibly took the territory and effectively blocked access to the facility. According to interlocutors of \u00abEkonomichna Pravda\u00bb, the arrivals were \u201cof athletic build, wearing balaclavas, numbering approximately 50 people.\u201d<\/strong> Preliminary, the publication claims, these could have been representatives of the security company \u00abSapsan\u00bb<\/strong>. At the same time, this information has not yet received official confirmation.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the security company, according to sources, blocked access to the territory of the sea transshipment and storage complex. During the incident 7 guards<\/strong> MPSC \u00abBoriwazh\u00bb<\/strong> were escorted off the territory. According to preliminary information, some of them afterwards sought medical care to document possible bodily injuries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lawyer of LLC \u00abTerminal \u00abBoriwazh\u00bb<\/strong> Yuliia Hryshchenko<\/strong> appealed to the National Police and reported a possible criminal offense.<\/p>\n

This concerns a large grain terminal in the area of the port Pivdennyi<\/strong>, around which court proceedings have been ongoing for a long time.<\/p>\n

Court documents record disputes related to LLC \u00abAgroterminal Logistic\u00bb<\/strong> and LLC \u00abTerminal \u00abBoriwazh\u00bb<\/strong>. In particular, in 2026<\/strong> courts considered issues regarding creditors’ claims and the relations between the companies in the bankruptcy case of \u00abAgroterminal Logistic\u00bb. In September 2026<\/strong> these disputes were under consideration at the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal.<\/p>\n

Some court materials also concern assets and property rights related to \u00abBoriwazh\u00bb, and JSC CB \u00abPrivatBank\u00bb<\/strong> is participating in a number of court disputes regarding the respective assets.<\/p>\n

Previously this asset was linked to the former owners of PrivatBank \u2014 Ihor Kolomoyskyi<\/strong> and Hennadii Boholiubov<\/strong>. At the same time, currently questions about rights to certain assets and the legality of the respective business transactions are the subject of court proceedings, so final conclusions regarding the lawfulness of the parties’ actions must be made by the courts.<\/p>\n

So far no public confirmation<\/strong> from the National Police regarding the circumstances of the incident at the terminal and the procedural status of the event has been found in available sources. Therefore information about a \u201craider takeover,\u201d the number of people who arrived, their possible affiliation with a specific security company and the nature of the use of force is currently presented as a statement by the terminal’s management and information from sources of \u00abEkonomichna Pravda\u00bb<\/strong>, and not as a fact established by a court.<\/p>\n
