Hennadiy Iziumov<\/strong>, who in February 2026<\/strong> became head of the municipal enterprise “Mykolaivvodokanal”<\/strong>, was paid 990 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> in salary for seven months<\/strong> of work \u2014 up to and including August<\/strong>. Separately, the municipal enterprise compensated the director for housing rent in the total amount of 104 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The amounts of the payments are provided in Mykolaivvodokanal<\/strong>‘s response to a request<\/a> from Nikcenter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Salary and allowances<\/h2>\n

At the time of his appointment the director’s monthly salary amounted to 73.6 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>, and from July<\/strong> it was increased to 95.7 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>. In total for this period the official salary reached 560 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the director was paid a monthly allowance for work intensity. Initially it amounted to 36.8 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>, and after the raise \u2014 47.8 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>. The total amount of this allowance reached 279 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He received another 46 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> as an allowance for working with classified information. As a result, the director’s monthly accruals during the specified period increased from 122 thousand<\/strong> to 169 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the previous year, 2025<\/strong>, managers of “Mykolaivvodokanal”<\/strong> were not paid the intensity allowance. The company’s response states that this payment appeared after the appointment of Hennadiy Iziumov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Compensation for housing rent<\/h2>\n

In the first two<\/strong> months of work \u2014 February<\/strong> and March<\/strong> \u2014 the enterprise paid the director 12 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> per month for housing rent. From April<\/strong> the compensation increased to 16 thousand hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Family income and savings<\/h2>\n

In Hennadiy Iziumov<\/strong>‘s declaration for the same year no personal housing is listed. Two<\/strong> apartments in occupied Mariupol<\/strong> belong to his wife, Iryna Iziumova<\/strong>. The director also declared a garage.<\/p>\n

Before moving to “Mykolaivvodokanal”<\/strong> he worked at the British company Peak Converters Limited<\/strong>. From it Iziumov declared 913 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> in salary, and also 275 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> in pension.<\/p>\n

His wife during that period received 963 thousand hryvnias<\/strong> in salary from the British company Alexey Morozov Bridal<\/strong>. The couple’s total annual income amounted to 2.16 million hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Among his savings the director listed 50 thousand dollars<\/strong> in cash and 48 thousand pounds sterling<\/strong> in an account in the United Kingdom<\/strong>. His wife’s account held an additional 5 thousand pounds sterling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
