According to <strong>JSC &#8220;Mykolaivoblenergo&#8221;<\/strong>, the devices are being installed as part of the investment program, and consumers do not pay for this service.<\/p>\n<p>The new meters allow use of a two-zone tariff: from <strong>23:00<\/strong> to <strong>07:00<\/strong> electricity costs half as much. The devices also automatically transmit readings, so consumers do not need to submit them monthly themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, thanks to the investment program, residents of <strong>Mykolaiv Oblast<\/strong> have already had more than <strong>70,000<\/strong> modern meters installed.
