The new regime was introduced by the <strong>Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration<\/strong> by Order <strong>No. 30<\/strong> dated <strong>21 September<\/strong>. Clarifications for businesses were published by the <strong>Executive Committee of the Pervomaisk City Council<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the change in the curfew duration, retail outlets and public catering establishments must close exactly at midnight \u2014 one hour before the start of the restrictions. By that time, businesses must completely finish serving customers and settling accounts, carry out cleaning and lock up the premises.<\/p>\n<p>This buffer time is needed so that employees and customers can safely get home before the curfew begins. The requirement applies to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Business owners are urged to take the new rules into account when drawing up work schedules and to comply with the established restrictions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"korabelov-inline-photo\"><a
