The lists of the highest-paid and most in-demand vacancies have included more blue-collar professions, according to data from <strong>OLX Jobs<\/strong> for <strong>August 2022<\/strong> and <strong>August 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The highest median salary in <strong>August 2026<\/strong> was offered to Heads of Sales Departments. Several blue-collar specialties also made the top five in terms of pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st place<\/strong> \u2014 Head of Sales Department, <strong>110 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd place<\/strong> \u2014 plasterer, <strong>80 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd place<\/strong> \u2014 facade worker, <strong>70 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>tiler \u2014 <strong>70 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>mason \u2014 <strong>65 thousand UAH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For comparison, in <strong>August 2022<\/strong> the salary ranking was led by long-haul truck drivers with a median of <strong>40 thousand UAH<\/strong>. Repair specialists and facade workers were then offered <strong>30 thousand UAH<\/strong> each, while realtors and auto body repairers received <strong>27.5 thousand UAH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Facade workers retained the <strong>3rd position<\/strong> in the ranking, but their median salary over that period increased by <strong>40 thousand UAH<\/strong> \u2014 almost <strong>2.5 times<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The list of professions for which employers posted the most offers also changed. In <strong>August 2022<\/strong> the demand ranking looked like this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>drivers \u2014 <strong>4468 vacancies<\/strong>, median salary <strong>23 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>salespeople \u2014 <strong>4340 vacancies<\/strong>, <strong>10.7 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>sales managers \u2014 <strong>2319 vacancies<\/strong>, <strong>16.5 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>seamstresses and tailors \u2014 <strong>2121 vacancy<\/strong>, <strong>15 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>cooks \u2014 <strong>2120 vacancies<\/strong>, <strong>12.5 thousand UAH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In <strong>August 2026<\/strong> drivers ceded the top spot to salespeople, and general laborers and loaders entered the top five most in-demand professions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st place<\/strong> \u2014 salespeople, <strong>9306 vacancies<\/strong> and median salary <strong>24.2 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd place<\/strong> \u2014 drivers, <strong>8331 vacancies<\/strong> and <strong>40 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd place<\/strong> \u2014 general laborers, <strong>5011 vacancies<\/strong> and <strong>30 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>4th place<\/strong> \u2014 loaders, <strong>4848 vacancies<\/strong> and <strong>28.5 thousand UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>5th place<\/strong> \u2014 cooks, <strong>3384 vacancies<\/strong> and <strong>29.25 thousand UAH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Over this time the median salary for drivers nearly doubled, while salespeople and cooks saw increases of more than <strong>2 times<\/strong>. Overall, blue-collar professions began to appear more often simultaneously among the most in-demand and the highest-paid vacancies.<\/p>\n<p><!-- website-article-source:d75131dbc6326118cab58393
