About <strong>95%<\/strong> of the planned work has been completed so far.<\/p>\n<p>The co-owners applied to participate in the program in <strong>April<\/strong>, and by <strong>May<\/strong> they had received support and began implementing the project.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the modernization, the building:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>installed a new individual heating unit;<\/li>\n<li>fitted a heat meter;<\/li>\n<li>replaced and insulated the pipes;<\/li>\n<li>installed balancing valves for even heat distribution between apartments;<\/li>\n<li>replaced the windows and doors in common areas;<\/li>\n<li>renovated the basement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The HOA is actively preparing for the new heating season. At the same time, the co-owners are already planning the next stage of modernization.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2027<\/strong> they want to install heat allocators in the apartments so that residents can regulate the temperature and pay for the heat they actually consume.
