The proposed composition includes <strong>3<\/strong> winners of the open competition and <strong>2<\/strong> representatives of the owner \u2014 the city. The decision to approve the board is to be submitted for consideration by deputies at the next session of the <strong>Mykolaiv City Council<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The city&#8217;s representatives were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dmytro Parobok<\/strong> \u2014 First Deputy Chairman of the Board of <strong>PrJSC NAC &#8220;Nadra of Ukraine&#8221;<\/strong>, holder of a master&#8217;s degree in transport technologies and law, with over <strong>10 years<\/strong> of experience in senior positions at <strong>JSC &#8220;Ukrzaliznytsia&#8221;<\/strong> (Ukrainian Railways), <strong>State Enterprise &#8220;Ukrgeofizika&#8221;<\/strong> and other institutions. He has experience in financial-economic and administrative management, budgeting, pricing policy formation, optimization of operational processes and crisis management. He also worked on implementing a quality management system according to the <strong>ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> standard, organizing public procurement, developing public-private partnerships and attracting international investors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volodymyr Tarasiuk<\/strong> \u2014 Candidate of Technical Sciences, lecturer at <strong>KNUBA<\/strong>, expert in transport planning and project manager at the consulting company <strong>&#8220;ProMobility&#8221;<\/strong>. He has practical experience in transport modelling, restructuring route networks and evaluating the performance of municipal transport enterprises, and has collaborated with cities in <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> and abroad, as well as with municipal transport companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dmytro Parobok<\/strong> previously took part in an open competition for the positions of independent members of the supervisory board. He scored <strong>81 points<\/strong>, placed <strong>5th<\/strong> and was among the candidates whom the competition commission separately recommended as strong contenders. <strong>Volodymyr Tarasiuk<\/strong> was chosen as the owner&#8217;s representative because of his professional expertise in urban mobility.<\/p>\n<p>The open competition winners were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Viktoriia Ogryza<\/strong> \u2014 a lawyer with over <strong>25 years<\/strong> of experience in corporate law, a member of the executive board of <strong>LLC &#8220;Sandora&#8221;<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>PepsiCo Ukraine<\/strong>. Her specialization includes compliance, anti-corruption programs and crisis management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mar\u2019yana Yashna<\/strong> \u2014 a specialist with over <strong>16 years<\/strong> of experience in internal audit. She led audits of more than <strong>25 enterprises<\/strong> within the <strong>TAS Group<\/strong> and specializes in control-and-audit activities, standardization of procurement processes and <strong>Lean management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nadiia Vasylieva<\/strong> \u2014 holds a master&#8217;s degree in economics and an <strong>Executive MBA<\/strong>, with over <strong>20 years<\/strong> of experience in digital transformation. She held senior positions at <strong>Kyivstar<\/strong>, <strong>Microsoft<\/strong> and <strong>State Concern &#8220;Ukroboronprom&#8221;<\/strong>, and specializes in digitalization of the public sector, implementation of <strong>AI\/ML<\/strong> and management in crisis conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The city council explained that the owner&#8217;s representatives were selected to form a professional and balanced composition in which the experience and competencies of members will complement <strong>one<\/strong> <strong>another<\/strong>. From the future supervisory board they expect a comprehensive approach to strategic issues, effective oversight and well-considered managerial decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The supervisory board will be responsible for the transparency of decisions, control of finances and procurements, forming a strategic vision and guiding the work of <strong>the municipal enterprise &#8220;Mykolaivelektrotrans&#8221;<\/strong>.
