The head of the district hospital&#8217;s medical advisory commission, three other members of the LKK, and two intermediaries were notified of suspicion. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on <strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1616\">September 17<\/strong>, 2026.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1949\">According to the investigation, during <strong data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1743\">2024-2026<\/strong> medical staff issued LKK conclusions containing false information about the health of relatives of those liable for military service. The documents, in particular, stated that such people allegedly required constant third-party care. Subsequently, the conclusions could be used as a basis for obtaining deferments from mobilization.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2275\">Law enforcement consider the <strong data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2142\">head of the LKK<\/strong> the organizer of the scheme. According to the investigation, she involved three other commission members and two intermediaries who sought \u201cclients\u201d among their acquaintances. The cost of preparing the documents, according to the prosecutor&#8217;s office, amounted to <strong data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2371\">from $6 thousand to $12 thousand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2671\">Over three years the commission issued <strong data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2429\">about a thousand conclusions<\/strong> on the need for relatives of those liable for military service to receive constant third\u2011party care. The investigation is determining how many of them may have contained false information and been used to illegally obtain deferments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2789\">Law enforcement conducted searches at the residences and workplaces of the medical staff and intermediaries.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2791\" data-end=\"2820\">During the investigative actions they seized:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2973\">\n<li data-section-id=\"oftomc\" data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2845\">medical records;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jwicj0\" data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2866\">mobile phones;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oa56qf\" data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2973\">other materials that are currently being examined in the criminal proceeding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3253\">Four members of the medical commission were notified of suspicion of <strong data-start=\"3066\" data-end=\"3195\">obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and official forgery, committed by prior conspiracy of a group of persons<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>part 1 of Art.114-1, part 2 of Art.28 and part 1 of Art.366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3446\">The head of the LKK is additionally accused of <strong data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3380\">facilitating the illegal transfer of those liable for military service across the state border of Ukraine<\/strong> under <strong>part 2 of Art.332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3448\" data-end=\"3598\">One of the intermediaries was notified of suspicion under <strong data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3525\">part 1 of Art.114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>, another \u2014 <em>in absentia<\/em> \u2014 of <strong data-start=\"3545\" data-end=\"3597\">abuse of influence under part 3 of Art.369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3600\" data-end=\"3711\">The court has already imposed preventive measures on four medical workers and one of the intermediaries.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3713\" data-end=\"4033\">The investigation is also checking the possible involvement in the scheme of <strong data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3834\">other hospital employees and officials of other state institutions<\/strong>.
