{"id":616222,"date":"2026-09-16T23:26:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T20:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/2026\/09\/616222\/return-of-declarations-being-prepared-for-non-combat-law-enforcement-officers\/"},"modified":"2026-09-16T23:26:17","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T20:26:17","slug":"return-of-declarations-being-prepared-for-non-combat-law-enforcement-officers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/korabelov.info\/en\/2026\/09\/616222\/return-of-declarations-being-prepared-for-non-combat-law-enforcement-officers\/","title":{"rendered":"Return of declarations being prepared for non-combat law enforcement officers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>President <strong>of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong> on the evening of Wednesday, <strong>September 16<\/strong>, announced the preparation of legislative changes that envisage the return of asset declarations for law enforcement officers and members of the security services who are not involved in combat operations.<\/p>\n<p>According to the head of state, the scope of the declarations should ensure effective oversight of the property status and lifestyle of employees of law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong> also spoke about a conversation with the Prime Minister <strong>of Ukraine Serhiy Koretskyi<\/strong>. In central executive bodies they plan to vet all leaders \u2014 both those already appointed and those serving in an acting capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention will be paid to institutions where the president sees high corruption risks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the leadership of the <strong>State Tax Service<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the leadership of <strong>ARMA<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>heads of various state inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Separately, the president urged that the renewal of state-owned enterprises begin as soon as possible. Among them he named <strong>\u201cForests of Ukraine\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cEnergoatom\u201d<\/strong>. In this work they plan to use the experience of <strong>\u201cUkrnafta\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cNaftogaz\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong> stressed:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p>\u201cThere must be a renewal of all key state companies. <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong> will develop and present the details
