This figure is contained in the macroeconomic forecast of the <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong>, which came into the possession of the publication <strong>&#8220;Ekonomichna Pravda&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The average annual rate in the government&#8217;s forecast for <strong>2027<\/strong> is <strong>47.1 hryvnias per dollar<\/strong>. For comparison, as of <strong>September 15, 2026<\/strong> the dollar is <strong>44.6 hryvnias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ukrainian businesses use a higher benchmark in budgets for <strong>2027<\/strong> \u2014 about <strong>49 hryvnias per dollar<\/strong>. This is indicated by the results of a survey by the <strong>European Business Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Most entrepreneurs who took part in the survey expect the war in <strong>Ukraine<\/strong> to continue next year.
