This is one of the lowest figures in Ukraine and is <strong>almost half the national average price<\/strong>. These figures are evidenced by data from <a href=\"https:\/\/opendatabot.ua\/open\/land\"><strong data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1463\">OpenDataBot<\/strong><\/a> on the state of the Ukrainian land market. The information is provided as of <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1555\">14 September<\/strong> 2026 and may still be adjusted as more statistics arrive.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1917\">On average across Ukraine in August a hectare of agricultural land cost <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1741\">80,542 UAH<\/strong>. For comparison, in July the average price was <strong data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1804\">77,830 UAH<\/strong>. Thus, over the month a hectare became more expensive by more than 2.7 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, despite rising prices, <strong data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"1995\">land sale volumes continued to shrink<\/strong>. In August <strong data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2038\">14,967 hectares<\/strong> were sold, while in July &#8211; <strong data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2075\">18,101 hectares<\/strong>. In March the volume of sold land reached <strong>24,105 hectares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2338\">The trend of declining sales volumes has been observed since spring. In August the area of sold land decreased by more than 3.1 thousand hectares compared to July.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2439\">The highest average prices for agricultural land in August were recorded in:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2626\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xsi44b\" data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2490\"><strong data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2489\">Lviv Oblast &#8211; 260,970 UAH per hectare<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1h9p4s7\" data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2530\"><strong data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2529\">Ivano-Frankivsk &#8211; 151,777 UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1g1sfan\" data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2561\"><strong data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2560\">Kyiv &#8211; 133,634 UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"aqzee1\" data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2594\"><strong data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2593\">Poltava &#8211; 116,863 UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kqan1m\" data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2626\"><strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2625\">Volyn &#8211; 113,512 UAH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2742\">Thus, a hectare of land in Lviv Oblast on average cost more than in<strong> six times more<\/strong> than in Mykolaiv Oblast.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2858\">The lowest average prices were recorded mainly in the southern and eastern oblasts:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2998\">\n<li data-section-id=\"igqeb3\" data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2906\"><strong data-start=\"2862\" data-end=\"2905\">Donetsk Oblast &#8211; 34,910 UAH per hectare<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17301ti\" data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2937\"><strong data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"2936\">Kherson &#8211; 35,775 UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1uf4csk\" data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"2970\"><strong data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"2969\">Mykolaiv &#8211; 40,922 UAH<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"huj63m\" data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2998\"><strong data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"2997\">Odesa &#8211; 44,690 UAH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3159\">Thus, <strong data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3120\">Mykolaiv region ranked third among oblasts with the lowest average price of agricultural land<\/strong>. A significant gap in land prices between regions persists against the backdrop of the full-scale war. The lowest figures are recorded, in particular, in regions where security risks remain high.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3345\" data-end=\"3604\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Overall the agricultural land market in Ukraine has been operating since <strong data-start=\"3406\" data-end=\"3427\">1 July 2021<\/strong>.
