These charges must be paid by <strong>30 September<\/strong> inclusive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OKP &#8220;Mykolaivoblteploenergo&#8221;<\/strong> informs consumers about debts, concludes restructuring agreements, conducts claims and litigation, and submits court decisions for enforcement to the <strong>State Enforcement Service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Results of debt collection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in <strong>August<\/strong> the courts issued <strong>264 rulings<\/strong> totaling over <strong>UAH 3,502,000<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>since the beginning of the year <strong>1,542 court rulings<\/strong> have been issued totaling more than <strong>UAH 22,735,000<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>in <strong>August<\/strong> the <strong>State Enforcement Service<\/strong> forcibly recovered from debtors over <strong>UAH 2,351,000<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>since the beginning of the year the <strong>State Enforcement Service<\/strong> has forcibly recovered almost <strong>UAH 18,099,000<\/strong> from debtors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consumers with debts are advised to repay them or contact <strong>OKP &#8220;Mykolaivoblteploenergo&#8221;<\/strong> to sign a restructuring agreement. This makes it possible to avoid court proceedings, enforced collection and additional costs. Timely payments are also necessary for the stable operation of the heating system.<\/p>\n<p>Payments can be made via the company&#8217;s official website, the consumer&#8217;s personal account,
