Because of the complexity of the investigation, experts were allowed to work for more than <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"403\">90 days<\/strong>, and the court proceedings were suspended until their conclusion is received.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"603\">This was reported on <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"498\">11 September 2026<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/1HpY7T2jPD\/\">by<\/a> Nikcenter. The dispute concerns the municipal enterprise and the Southern Office of the State Audit Service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"767\">Experts must verify whether the audit conclusions about the possible excessive receipt of budget funds are confirmed by primary documents. By year the auditors counted:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"940\">\n<li data-section-id=\"e8goil\" data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"812\"><strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"783\">2022<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"811\">UAH 35,781,800<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fwvqe9\" data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"854\"><strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"827\">2023<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"853\">UAH 49,297,000<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wf6lic\" data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"896\"><strong data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"869\">2024<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"895\">UAH 48,825,000<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ok0xus\" data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"940\"><strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"911\">2025<\/strong> &#8211; <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"939\">UAH 62,932,700<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1261\">The dispute arose over the procedure for paying for city electric transport. By law, the budget must compensate the difference between transport costs and the enterprise&#8217;s own revenues. Auditors believe that the executive committee effectively fully paid for the transport services while ticket revenue remained with the enterprise. The municipal enterprise &#8220;Mykolaivelectrotrans&#8221; did not agree with these conclusions and appealed the State Audit Service&#8217;s claim in court. The enterprise itself initiated an independent forensic economic examination.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1622\">At the same time, in another case the State Audit Service is demanding recovery from the enterprise of the full <strong data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1558\">UAH 196,836,500<\/strong>. The proceedings were also suspended until the results of the examination are received. In addition, under the same circumstances the police are investigating a criminal proceeding under part <strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1712\">2<\/strong> of Article <strong data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1735\">367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> &#8211; official negligence that caused serious consequences.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"2006\">Thus, the allegation of unjustified receipt of almost <strong data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1862\">UAH 197 million<\/strong> currently remains the auditors&#8217; position.
