This was <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"947\">reported on September 10<\/strong> 2026<strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"947\"> by the Zhytomyr Regional TCC and SP<\/strong>. Earlier, <strong>on September 8<\/strong>, the Korosten District Prosecutor&#8217;s Office reported the verdict.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1340\">As the court found, the man was <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1163\">liable for military service and fit for military duty<\/strong>. He was twice lawfully notified of the need to appear for assembly and subsequent dispatch to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, the man <strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1384\">willfully failed to appear twice<\/strong> at the pre-assembly point for those liable for military service in the premises of the first department of the Korosten District TCC and SP. The purpose there was to complete personnel for military units and further deployment to service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1756\">The court concluded that by these actions he intentionally evaded conscription for military service during mobilization in a special period.
